The Spring SIG Online Learning Program is a 6-week program that engages students in curriculum beyond what is offered during the school day. Courses in STEAM and humanities are facilitated by instructors via discussion forums and online activities. Learn more about our exciting Spring 2020 academics below!

Online Courses for Gifted Students Ages 5-6:

Biology of Me

Come learn about your body’s organs and how they work together to perform all of your body’s work. Discover what cells look like under the microscope. Learn how food and movement provide fuel for cells and exercise for your muscles to keep your body machine going strong. Then, use what you learned to create a Power Plan for making the most of your biology!

Toy Biz Whiz

Learn more about the booming toy market and design the next big toy! Toys play an important role in the lives of children around the world. Research current toy trends, analyze their appeal, and design your own toy in this fun class. Then, set up a business to sell and market your toy to the world!

Creativity and the Writer’s Craft

Do you love to read and write? Release your imagination and express yourself in language like your favorite authors! Create new worlds with fantastic settings and characters. Explore the tools and techniques used by great authors.
